Cultural&Educational Facilities

There are 6 public libraries in Iwaki City, as well as two mobile libraries.
In order to borrow from these or use the facilities they offer you must first become a library member.
This process is free, and simply requires you to complete a form and provide identification that proves you live or work locally.
Once you have become a member at one of the public libraries you are able to use any of the facilities at any of the branches.
The new central Iwaki City Library has plenty of inter-national resources, an easy to use search system, and offers numerous other services.
