Iwaki Museum of Historical Artefacts image

This museum has exhibitions of earthenware and other artefacts from the Old Stone Age through to modern times excavated from around Iwaki City, as well as a number of other old photographs and historical documents.
There are two display rooms at the museum as well, as an area in which you can observe the restoration and maintenance of the artefacts.
One of the highlights is said to be the relics taken from the Nakada Cave, which is a National Historical Treasure discovered in Iwaki.
