This is the Iwaki Tourism and Local Products Center and it provides information about tourist spots and recreation facilities within Iwaki City, as well as a great place to do souvenir shopping.
 It also has a fresh seafood market, nice restaurants that use the freshest local ingredients, and the recreational boat tours terminal is right outside.
Also, on the second floor, you can learn about the history of Iwaki, including the development of its various sister city relationships.
